    Used Platinum Valet to dry clean my work shirts for a few months with no issues. Two shirts then came back with highly visible damage to the collar tips. No recompense was offered despite it being quite clear the damage was caused during the cleaning process, as Sam at PV blamed wear and tear. How it's possible to wear through your collar tip on a 6 month old shirt, he was unable to explain. Think twice before entrusting your clothes to this company.
